Collection

We offer a convenient collection service for customers who prefer to pick up their firewood directly from our timber yard.

 

To arrange a suitable time for collection, simply contact us on

07970 209083 or 07970 209085.

 

While our standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we understand that flexibility is important. With prior arrangement, we will do our best to meet you at a time that suits both parties, ensuring a smooth and convenient collection experience.

Delivery

Please ensure the following requirements are met to ensure a safe and efficient delivery:

  • Adequate space for products to be dropped from a crane mounted on the passenger side of a Transit Pickup.
     

  • A smooth, hardstanding surface is required if utilising our hand-drawn pallet fork service (available by arrangement).
     

  • Access must be large enough to allow safe transfer of products.
     

  • For loose-tipped deliveries, please provide ample space for a 3-metre radius pile, which will typically cover a full driveway.
